What qualifies as a “completed visit” for energy assessments or HVAC replacement?

A completed visit is when the referred customer has had their energy assessment performed, HVAC system replaced or installed, or other qualifying services completed. The service must be finished before the reward is issued.

How will I receive my $50 reward?

Once the referred customer’s service is completed, your $50 reward will be credited to your account. You can choose from several options for receiving your reward, such as a direct bank transfer, store credit for future services, or a gift card.

What if my referred friend doesn’t show up for their energy assessment or HVAC service?

If the referred customer misses their scheduled appointment or service, the $50 reward will not be issued. We only reward completed services, so the referral must follow through with their scheduled visit.

Can my friend use the referral offer more than once?

No, the referral offer can only be used once per customer. Each new customer can only use a referral code or link for their first service.

What happens if my referred customer cancels or reschedules their HVAC service or energy assessment?

If your referred customer cancels or reschedules their appointment but later completes the service, you will still be eligible for the $50 reward. However, if the appointment is not rescheduled or completed, the reward will not be issued.
